荔枝角泓景臺5座高層3房戶換樓客以$922萬買入

香港置業西九龍星匯居分行首席聯席董事曾家輝表示，利好消息持續發酵，吸引買家入市。該行剛促成一宗泓景臺3房戶的買賣成交，同區客斥約$922萬入市自住，實用呎價約$15,090。

上述售出單位為泓景臺5座高層B室，實用面積約611平方呎，建築面積約840平方呎，屬3房間隔。曾家輝稱，單位以約$950萬放售約2個月後吸引同區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$922萬易手，實用呎價約$15,090，建築呎價約$10,976。據了解，新買家為換樓客，睇樓2次後拍板承接。

資料顯示，原業主在2008年2月以約$478萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面獲利約$444萬離場，單位期內升值約93%。
