荔枝角泓景臺1座高層2房戶$720萬易手物業升值逾1.4倍

香港置業 - 曾家輝經理表示，該行日前促成一宗泓景臺2房單位買賣成交，新買家斥$720萬入市，實用呎價約$14,201，屬市價成交。

上述成交單位為泓景臺1座高層H室，實用面積約507平方呎，建築面積約695平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東南望內園景。曾家輝指，業主最初叫價約$740萬，放盤約3個月後吸引區內客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$720萬成交，減價$20萬或2.7%，實用呎價約$14,201。

據悉，新買家為區內業主，心儀單位價格相宜，故睇樓後決定增持物業作長線收租投資。資料顯示，業主於2007年12月以約$295萬購入單位，是次轉手帳賺約$425萬，物業升值逾1.4倍。
