荔枝角昇悅居8座低層3房套睇樓1次即拍板$1020萬承接

香港置業西九龍星匯居分行首席聯席董事曾家輝表示，《財政預算案》撤辣，買家入市意慾大增。該行剛促成的一宗昇悅居3房套單位買賣成交，區內客斥約$1,020萬入市作長線投資，實用呎價約$15,224。

上述售出單位為昇悅居8座低層F室，實用面積約670平方呎，建築面積約886平方呎，屬3房套間隔。曾家輝稱，單位以約$1,050萬放售約3個月後獲同區客洽詢，雙方議價後減價約$30萬，以$1,020萬易手，實用呎價約$15,224，建築呎價約$11,512。據了解，新買家為一對夫婦，睇樓1次後即拍板承接。

資料顯示，原業主在2019年6月以約$1,200萬購入上述物業，持貨約5年，是次轉售蝕讓約$180萬離場。
