香港置業 - 曾家輝董事表示，農曆新年將至，有買家加快入市步伐。該行剛促成的一宗昇悅居2房戶的買賣成交，區外客斥約$700萬購入，實用呎價約$14,257。

上述售出單位為昇悅居7座高層H室，實用面積約491平方呎，建築面積約643平方呎，屬2房間隔。曾家輝稱，單位以約$780萬放售約1個月後獲外區客洽詢，雙方議價後以$700萬易手，實用呎價約$14,257，建築呎價約$10,886。據了解，新買家為首置客，睇樓2次後拍板承接。

資料顯示，原業主在2019年11月以約$820萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面虧損約$120萬離場。
