美聯物業西九龍首席區域營業董事張曉盈表示，西九「四小龍」地段位置理想，而且交通方便，故向來不乏買家承接。新近促成的1宗昇悅居2房單位之買賣個案，新買家以約$800萬購入單位，實用呎價約$15,326。

上述售出單位為昇悅居5座極高層C室，實用面積522呎，屬2房間隔。由於屋苑地段位置理想，而且單位景觀開揚，價錢亦符合預算，故吸引用家斥資$800萬洽購單位，折合實用呎價約$15,326。

資料顯示，原業主於2015年9月以約$770萬購入單位，是次轉手賬面微賺約$30萬，升值約3.9%。
