荔枝角昇悅居2房$666.8萬易手轉售獲利約$434.8萬離場

香港置業西九龍星匯居分行首席聯席董事曾家輝表示，售出單位為荔枝角昇悅居3座中層D室，實用面積約459平方呎，建築面積約605平方呎，屬2房間隔。曾家輝稱，單位以約$700萬放售後即日獲同區客洽詢，雙方議價後以$666.8萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$14,527，建築面積平均呎價約$11,021。據了解，新買家為首置客，睇樓1次後即拍板承接。

資料顯示，原業主在2007年7月以約232萬元購入上述物業，持貨約17年，是次轉售獲利約$434.8萬離場，單位期內升值約1.8倍。
