香港置業西九龍分行區域董事劉酌源表示，該行剛促成荔枝角宇晴軒5座中層H室，實用面積約602平方呎，建築面積約845平方呎，屬3房連套房間隔，向西南望開揚街景。劉酌源指，原業主以約$1,020萬放盤約1個月後獲同區客洽詢，雙方議價後減價約$60萬，以約$960萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$15,947，建築而積平均呎價約$11,361，較市價低約5%。

據悉，新買家為家庭客，心儀單位屬罕有的3房套放盤，故睇樓1次即決定購入上述單位。業主於2013年10月以約$763.8萬購入上述單位，持貨約11年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$196.2萬。
