荃灣西映日灣3座高層3房戶月租$2.95萬租賃回報約2.9厘

美聯物業荃灣 - 新荃灣分行高級分區營業經理梁仲維表示，荃灣西近年發展日趨成熟，租盤深受歡迎，本月區內租務成交暫錄得約85宗，當中7宗為映日灣。該行最新促成一宗映日灣3房戶的租務成交，新租客斥約$2.95萬承租，實用呎租約$42.8。

梁仲維表示，成交單位為荃灣西映日灣3座高層A單位，實用面積約690平方呎，屬3房戶設計，開揚市景，附基本裝修。據悉，原業主最初開價$3萬放租，經議價後決定以$2.95萬承租，實用呎租約$42.8。

資料顯示，原業主2019年9月以約$1,236.5萬購入單位，以是次租值計算，租賃回報約2.9厘。
