荃灣愉景新城3房最終以約$738.8萬成交獲利約$213.3萬離場

美聯物業-鍾家豪經理表示，售出單位為荃灣愉景新城5座低層，實用面積約645平方呎，屬3房間隔。鍾家豪表示，原業主一手購入後單位只作渡假用途,於幾年前花超過80萬元將單位重新裝潢，以$800萬放盤約一個月段吸引換樓客洽詢，換樓客見單位裝修合適自己，睇樓後即時議價，最終以約$738.8萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$11,454。

資料顯示，原業主2018年斥$525.5萬買入，持貨約27年，帳面獲利約$213.3萬離場。
