荃灣愉景新城3房最終以約$738.8萬成交 獲利約$213.3萬離場

美聯物業-鍾家豪經理表示,售出單位為荃灣愉景新城5座低層,實用面積約645平方呎,屬3房間隔。鍾家豪表示,原業主一手購入後單位只作渡假用途,於幾年前花超過80萬元將單位重新裝潢,以$800萬放盤約一個月段吸引換樓客洽詢,換樓客見單位裝修合適自己,睇樓後即時議價,最終以約$738.8萬成交,實用面積平均呎價約$11,454。

資料顯示,原業主2018年斥$525.5萬買入,持貨約27年,帳面獲利約$213.3萬離場。
