淡舖位前景,屢現蝕讓個案。消息指,荃灣南豐中心1樓A86及A88號舖,對正荃灣港鐵站,業主去年中放盤叫價3,000萬元,最終大劈價36%以約1,900萬元易手,原業主於2012年以2,260萬元買入,持貨8年賬面蝕360萬元,貶值16%。

該舖位實用面積160呎,門闊20呎,深約10呎,現租客為許氏兄弟找換店集團的聯盟店-泰安集團找換店,月租76,800元(包差餉,地租,管理費)至2022年1月15日, 淨租約73,000元,新買家享回報4.6%。
