美聯物業黃埔海逸豪園分行(3)高級分區營業經理陸偉略表示，成交單位為紅磡黃埔花園12期4座頂層單位，實用面積約729平方呎，屬3房套房連儲物室間隔，外望和黃公園，頂層單位無電梯直達，上落需要行上一層樓梯。據悉，區內買家心儀單位景觀開揚，而且價錢符合預算，故決定以$788萬承接單位自住，實用面積平均呎價約$10,809。

原業主於1990年12月以約$135萬購入上述物業，持貨約34年，是次轉手帳面賺約$653萬，單位升值約4.8倍。
