紅磡海濱南岸4座低層3房戶議價後以$882萬成交

美聯物業 - 譚中源經理表示，紅磡區內二手交投持續向好，海濱南岸本月至今錄得11宗成交，較上月同期5宗上升1.2倍。該行新近促成該屋苑一個3房戶的二手成交，首置客以$882萬承接，2012年貨升值約40%。

上述成交單位為紅磡海濱南岸4座低層H室，實用面積約590平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向南方，外望園景及部分海景。該單位最初以$1,050萬放盤，後來減價至$920萬，並獲區內首置客洽詢。買家心儀單位間隔實用，景觀開揚，故睇樓2次即決定承接單位自住，議價後以$882萬成交，折合實用呎價約$14,949。

資料顯示，原業主於2012年9月以約$630萬購入該單位，持貨約13年，是次轉手帳賺約$252萬，物業升值約40%。
