粉嶺逸峯3房套$1.65萬租出實用呎租$26.7

中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，日前促成粉嶺逸峯5座低層A室租賃成交，單位實用面積614平方呎，建築面積828平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$1.7萬，議價後以$1.65萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$26.7。

中原陳國輝表示，新租客為區內客，見單位間合用，租金合理，即租入單位自住。據了解，原業主於2013年以約$526萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.8厘租金回報。
