中原地產粉嶺逸峯分行市務經理勞穎賢表示，近期租賃市場持續活躍，粉嶺逸峯最新錄2座低層A室，單位實用面積642平方呎，建築面積864平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$17,000，議價後以$16,500租出，平均實用呎租約$25.7。

中原勞穎賢表示，新租客見單位間隔合用，租金合理，即租入單位自住。據了解，業主於2013年以約$575萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.4厘租金回報。
