中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，近期整體租賃交投持續活躍，粉嶺逸峯剛錄1座中層D戶，單位建築面積630平方呎，實用面積468平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$14,500，日前議價後以$13,500租出，平均實用呎租約$28.8。

中原陳國輝表示，新租客為一對年輕情侶，見屋苑環境舒適，間隔合用，價錢合理，即租入市單位自住，方便工作。據了解，業主於2017年以$547萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3厘租金回報。
