粉嶺萬豪居雙號洋房$1,800萬易手期內物業升值逾1.7倍

美聯物業粉嶺ONE INNOVALE花都廣場分行區域經理吳偉文表示，萬豪居洋房屬市場罕有盤源，距離上一次洋房成交已相隔逾1年時間，該行新近促成一萬豪居2,148實呎洋房，連帶花園及車位，以$1,800萬成交。

吳偉文表示，成交單位為萬豪居雙號洋房，實用面積約2,148平方呎，屬獨立洋房，並附花園及一個車位。據悉，萬豪居洋房罕見放盤，買家見有盤放售，即時帶票洽購，原業主見市場極速回暖，即時反價，幾經商議後買家加價$100萬，終以$1,800萬成交單位，折合實用呎價約$8,380。

原業主2002年以$657萬購入上述單位，持貨逾20年，賬面獲利$1,143萬，期內物業升值逾1.7倍。
