粉嶺華明邨議價後以綠表市場價$194萬易手

中原地產粉嶺碧湖花園分行經理蔡天賜表示，日前促成粉嶺華明邨富明樓高層13室，單位實用面積443平方呎，兩房間隔，開價約$210萬，日前議價後以綠表市場價$194萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$4,379。

中原蔡天賜指，新買家為上車客，見單位少有放盤，「性價比」高，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2000年以約$16.1萬購入上址，持貨約24年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$177.9萬離場，單位期內升值約11倍。
