中原地產 - 陳國輝董事表示，農曆新年期間，租務市場氣氛較為淡靜，粉嶺花都廣場於新春期間錄1宗租賃成交，於大年初五錄9座高層E室，單位建築面積519平方呎，實用面積370平方呎，2房間隔，日前議價後以$12,800租出，平均實用呎租$34.6。

中原陳國輝表示，新租客見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即租入市單位自用。據了解，業主於2024年以約$370萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約4.2厘租金回報。
