世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示,該行新近促成粉嶺花都廣場6座高層A室,實用面積392平方呎,2房間隔,座向東北,望市景。單位叫價$385萬,放盤半年,近月單位交吉開放參觀,即獲同區上車客即睇即買,以$385萬零議價承接,實用面積平均呎價$9,821。

據了解,原業主於2001年9月購入上址,當時作價$119萬,持貨23年至今轉售,賬面獲利$266萬,單位期內升逾2.2倍。
