世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示，該行新近促成粉嶺花都廣場6座高層A室，實用面積392平方呎，2房間隔，座向東北，望市景。單位叫價$385萬，放盤半年，近月單位交吉開放參觀，即獲同區上車客即睇即買，以$385萬零議價承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,821。

據了解，原業主於2001年9月購入上址，當時作價$119萬，持貨23年至今轉售，賬面獲利$266萬，單位期內升逾2.2倍。
