粉嶺花都廣場中層戶議價後以$378萬易手

中原地產-紀浩然經理表示，近期市場氣氛向好，粉嶺花都廣場最新錄9座中層D室成交，單位實用面積370平方呎，建築面積519平方呎，日前議價後以$378萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$10,216。

中原紀浩然指，新買家屬外區客，見單位有環境舒適，亦可受惠最新$100印花稅措施，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2019年以約$518萬購入上址，持貨6年，是次沽出單位蝕約$140萬離場，期內貶值約27%。
