粉嶺綠悠軒2座低層2房戶議價後以$402萬易手

中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，近期樓市交投氣氛持續正面，粉嶺綠悠軒本月暫錄約2宗成交，屋苑新近錄2座低層E室，單位建築面積619平方呎，實用面積433平方呎，2房間隔，日前議價後以$402萬易手，平均實用呎價約$9284。

中原陳國輝表示，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即入市單位自住。據了解，原業主於2010年以$155萬購入單位，持貨14年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$247萬離場，期內升值約159%。
