中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，近日交投氣氛正面，不少買家加快入市步伐，粉嶺碧湖花園最新錄8座中層F室，單位建築面積518平方呎，實用面積400平方呎，2房間隔，日前議價後以$366萬沽出，平均實用呎價$9,150。

中原陳國輝表示，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即購入市單位自住。據了解，原業主於2001年以$109萬購入單位，持貨約23年，現轉手賬面升值約$257萬離場，單位期內升值約236%。
