世紀21奇豐粉嶺區分行經理周晉廷表示，該行新近促成粉嶺牽晴間3座高層H室，實用面積393平方呎，2房間隔，望內園景，單位放盤1星期，原叫價$473萬，獲外區買家洽購，以$450萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$11,450。

周晉廷續指，新買家為外區客人，眼見撤辣後，四出尋找筍貨，心儀牽晴間環境優美，價位仍處低水，上述單位高層內園寧靜連企理裝修，所以決定入市。原業主於2013年11月購入上址，當時作價$325萬，持貨逾10年至今出售，賬面獲利$125萬，單位期內升值38%。
