美聯物業粉嶺花都廣場分行區域經理吳偉文表示，自減息以來睇樓活動轉趨活躍，買家入市信心轉強，區內二手交投明顯加快，該行錄得粉嶺御景峰462實呎戶$476萬易手，原業主持貨14年帳面升值近「兩球」。

吳偉文表示，成交單位為粉嶺御景峰低層C室，實用面積約462平方呎，屬兩房間隔。據悉，單位早前以$500萬放售，獲區內上車客洽購，多次議價後終以$476萬承接，實用呎價約$10,303。

資料顯示，原業主2010年以$294.5萬購入單位，持貨14年，帳面賺$181.5萬，或升值約62%。
