粉嶺奕翠園6座低層3房連套連車位以$1123萬獲承接

中原地產上水中心分行區域營業經理區國健表示，近日大市穩步向好，入市氣氛正面。上水粉嶺區本月至今暫錄約18宗二手成交，其中奕翠園4月暫錄約1宗成交，屋苑最新錄得6座低層H室，單位實用面積1022平方呎，建築面積1172平方呎，3房連套房間隔，經議價後連車位以$1123萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$10,988。

中原區國健指，新買家為區內換樓客，見單位造價合理，間隔合用，把握機會購入單位自用，成功換上較大單位提升生活質素。據了解，原業主於2010年以$470萬購入單位，持貨13年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$653萬離場，單位期內升值約1.4倍。
