粉嶺名都7座中層2房戶$428萬沽升值約10.9%

中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，近日交投氣氛正面，粉嶺上水區本月至今暫錄約90宗成交，按月升約3成多，其中粉嶺綠悠軒佔3宗，屋苑最新錄7座中層H室，單位建築面積630平方呎，實用面積445平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$430萬，日前議價後以$428萬沽出，平均實用呎價$9618。

中原陳國輝表示，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即購入市單位自住。據了解，原業主於2016年以$386萬購入單位，持貨約8年，現轉手帳面升值約$42萬離場，單位期內升值約10.9%。
