粉嶺名都2座高層2房戶議價後以$392萬易手賺幅約214%

中原地產粉嶺碧湖花園分行經理蔡天賜表示，近期整體交投氣氛向好，二手交投量明顯較上月增加，粉嶺名都本月暫錄約3宗成交，屋苑最新錄2座高層E室，單位建築面積533平方呎，實用面積399平方呎，屬2房間隔，叫價約$408萬，議價後以$392萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$9825。

蔡天賜指出，新買家為用家，見單位間隔合用，業主提供合理議價空間，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2008年以$125萬購入上址，持貨約16年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$267萬，期內賺幅約214%。
