筲箕灣雁亭高層2房戶成交價$338 升值13%

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，該行新近促成筲箕灣雁亭高層B室成交，實用面積267平方呎，屬兩房間隔，室內裝修雅致。業主於今年4月以$450萬放盤，其後於9月調整叫價至$398萬，最終由買家以$338萬承接，累計減價$112萬，減幅達24.9%，實用面積的呎價為$12,659。

郭少玲續指，原業主於2011年以$255萬購入上述物業作為收租用途，於2023年以$300萬轉名給女兒，持貨1年至今易手，賬面獲利$38萬，單位期內升值13%。
