筲箕灣萬康大廈中層2房戶上車客以$293萬承接

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促筲箕灣筲箕灣道單幢樓萬康大廈成交，單位為大廈中層G室，實用面積374平方呎，屬2房一廳間隔，單位早2020年5月放盤，最初原開價$490萬，其後於今年初調整至$308萬，終以$293萬獲上車客承接，累減$197萬，大幅減價逾40%，實用面積呎價$7,834。

郭少玲指，原業主於2009年以$166萬購入上址，持貨15年至今易手，賬面獲利近$127萬，單位期內升值77%。
