筲箕灣柏匯$410萬沽出是次轉售帳面輕微蝕讓約$15.9萬

美聯物業上東嘉亨灣分行聯席區域經理李振榮表示，該行剛促成筲箕灣柏匯低層J室單位，實用面積211平方呎，為開放式間隔，由於物業樓齡淺及鄰近港鐵西灣河站，交通方便，加上樓價吸引，故獲上車用家垂青，即使日前香港亦跟隨加息，但仍決定以$410萬入市，實用面積平均呎價約為$19,431。

據悉，原業主於2015年9月以約$425.9萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面輕微蝕讓約$15.9萬沽出。
