筲箕灣東盛苑高層3房戶$518萬成交呎價屬屋苑近年新低

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣東盛苑高層09室成交，實用面積645平方呎，採3房間隔，享海景。單位於今年放盤，以$525萬放盤至今，獲白居二買家洽購，終以$518萬(綠表價)成交，實用面積呎價$8,031，呎價屬該屋苑近年新低，對上一宗成交為2021年6月高層戶以$715萬沽。

據了解，新買家是白居二買家，心儀三房大單位為主，覓盤多時，遇心儀單位即時還價並購入單位。原業主於2000年以$170萬(未補地價)購入上址，持貨24年至今易手，賬面獲利$348萬，單位期內升值2倍。
