筲箕灣東熹苑2房累減自由市場價$488萬獲承接

世紀21溢榮-郭少玲董事表示，新近促筲箕灣東熹苑華熹閣(C座) 中層08室，實用面積546平方呎，屬2房間隔，室內附有雅裝，單位於2021年以$750萬放盤及放租，期間多番累減至2024年$520萬，終以$488萬(自由市場價) 承接，累減$262萬，減幅34.9%，實用面積平均呎價$8,938。

郭少玲指，原業主於1996年以$125萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨29年至今易手，料獲利甚豐。
