世紀21溢榮地產營業董事表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋愛蝶灣成交，單位為7座低層A室，實用面積592平方呎，屬3房間隔，單位附雅致裝修。單位於2023年2月放盤，原開價$660萬，獲買家洽購，以$593萬（綠表價）承接，累減$68萬，減幅10.3%，實用面積呎價$10,017。

原業主於2000年以$157萬（未補地價）購入上址，持貨24年至今易手，賬面獲利$435萬，單位期內升值2.7倍。
