筲箕灣御景軒低層連平台3房戶月租$1.88萬租金回報率2.7厘

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，該行新近促成筲箕灣御景軒租務成交，單位為低層連平台戶，實用面積485平方呎，3房間隔，連平台約472呎。單位於今年1月放租，叫租$2.1萬，其後於4月調整至$2萬，減$2,200，成功以月租$1.88萬租出，減幅10.4%，實用面積呎租$38.8。

郭少玲表示，業主於2018年以838萬元購入上址，現以月租$1.88萬租出，可享租金回報率2.7厘。
