筲箕灣形薈1B座低層1房戶月租$1.85萬實用呎租約$51.8

美聯物業上東-東大街分行高級區域經理周永業表示，該行剛促成筲箕灣形薈一個357實呎租盤成交，並獲同區客垂青，以月租$1.85萬獲承接，2016年貨租金回報近3厘水平。

周永業稱，剛促成的形薈為1B座低層B室單位，實用面積約為357呎，為1房間隔，同區租客鍾情屋苑完善配套，交通方便，加上租金水平合理，故以月租$1.85萬成交，折合實用呎租約為$51.8。

業主於2016年11月以約$786.8萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率逾2.8厘。
