中原地產 - 陳韻兒經理表示，近期一手銷情理想，二手交投亦暢旺，火炭駿景園本月暫錄約4宗成交，分行最新錄得11座中層F室單位，建築面積1127平方呎，實用面積974平方呎，屬3房連套房及工人套房間隔，望內園景，原業主叫價約$1200萬，雙方議價後以$1100萬成交，實用呎價約$11,294。

資料顯示，新買家為同區家庭客，見屋苑位置便利，單位價格合理，決定即時購入自住。原業主於1998年以約$483萬購入單位，持貨約27年，轉手帳面獲利約$617萬，物業升值約128%。
