中原地產駿景園分行首席分區營業經理陳韻兒表示，租盤需求持續強勁，火炭銀禧花園剛錄7座高層G室，單位建築面積653平方呎，實用面積510平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$19,500，日前雙方議價後以$18,300沽出，平均實用呎租約$35.9。

中原陳韻兒表示，新租客為同區家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定購入單位自住。據了解，業主則於2012年以$344萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約6.4厘租金回報。
