中原地產-霍栢雄經理表示，日前促成火炭星凱．堤岸1座中層H室租出個案，單位實用面積568平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$2.8萬，日前議價後以$2.6萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$45.8。

中原霍栢雄指，新租客為區內客，見屋苑位置交通方便，環境舒適，樓齡新，價錢亦屬合理，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主於2021年以$1,064萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.9厘租金回報。
