中原地產 - 吳啟業經理表示，正月過後，整體交投氣氛持續正面，火炭御龍山剛錄得11座高層E室成交，單位建築面積697平方呎，實用面積543平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$890萬，日前議價後以$833萬沽出，實用呎價約$15,341。

據了解，新買家為同區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位高層開揚，即決定購入單位自住。

原業主於2011年以約$550萬購入單位，持貨約14年，現轉手帳面獲利約$283萬離場，單位期內升值約51.5%。
