中原地產新界東豪宅御龍山第一分行副分區營業經理周家傑表示，近期整體交投氣氛向好，最新錄火炭御龍山本月第三宗成交，單位為11座中層E室，單位建築面積697平方呎，實用面積543平方呎，兩房間隔，向西北，望山景，開價約$900萬，議價後以$863萬沽出，實用平均呎價約$15893。

周家傑指，新買家為用家，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定入市單位自住。據了解，原業主則於2017年以$823萬買入單位，持貨7年，是次易手獲利約$40萬離場，單位期內升值約4.9%。
