世紀21奇豐物業 - 李嘉文經理表示，該行新近促成火炭單幢居屋彩禾苑成交，單位為中層02室，實用面積405平方呎，採1房1廳間隔，座向西北望山景。單位放盤8個月，原叫價$360萬，最終減至$335萬易手，減幅約6.9%，折合實用呎價約$8,272。

據了解，原業主於2021年9月以$283萬購入單位，持貨逾3年至今轉售，帳面獲利$52萬，單位期內升值18%。
