分行促成成交單位為尚翹峰2座中層D室，2房間隔，實用面積498平方呎，建築面積669平方呎，向東南，望部份山景。業主以$1,020萬將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價$20,482。

馮子進指，買家屬於用家，鍾情灣仔區內屋苑式物業，睇樓多時，見單位價錢合理，即入市自用。原業主於2007年以$448.9萬買入單位，持貨16年，帳面獲利$571.1萬，單位升值127%。
