市場再錄得名人蝕讓紀錄，澳門前特首官何厚鏵堂兄何厚煌，近日沽出海濱南岸4座低層E室，單位為2房戶，實用面積481平方呎，成交價550萬元，呎價約11,435元。業主於2014年以632萬元入市，是次交易帳面蝕約82萬元或13%

消息指，連同是次交易，何厚煌及相關人士今年內已5度沽貨，共套現約5,270萬元，近期成交包括11月以2,820萬元出售九龍站君臨天下3房連車位，以及10月以1,310萬元售紅磡半島豪庭2伙單位；是次海濱南岸交易是年內唯一蝕讓個案。
