清水灣傲瀧15座高層3房戶$1,828萬成交跌價逾10%

世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢清水灣傲瀧再錄蝕讓成交，單位為15座高層D室，實用面積1,183平方呎，3房2廳連工人套房間隔，望內園景，原叫價$1,900萬，最終減價$72萬，減幅達3.8% 以$1,828萬成交，實用面積呎價$15,452，屬低市價5%。

廖振雄指出，原業主於2018年3月以$2,034萬購入上址，持貨6年至今沽售，賬面勁蝕$206萬，單位期內跌價逾10%。
