沙田花園城1房以$370萬獲上車客承

中原地產河畔花園分行經理曾展鵬表示，日前促成沙田花園城二期2座(雅翠苑)中層C室，單位實用面積269平方呎，建築面積421平方呎，1房間隔，放盤時叫價約$420萬，議價後以$370萬易手，累減$50萬，實用面積平均呎價約$13,755。

中原曾展鵬表示，新買家為上車客，見業主提供合理議價空間，單位間隔合用，即把握機會購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於1984年以$20.8萬一手入市上址，持貨約39年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$349.2萬離場，單位期內升值約16.8倍。
