世紀21奇豐-袁麗詩經理表示，該行新近錄得沙田第一城18座高層B室，實用面積515平方呎，3房間隔，座向東北望園景，單位放盤達3年，原開價$900萬，累減$335萬，減幅達37.2%，以$565萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$10,971。

據了解，原業主於2014年6月以$522萬購入上址，持貨11年至今沽售，賬面獲利$43萬離場，單位期內升值8%。
