世紀21奇豐物業一城站分行高級分行經理李嘉文表示，該行新促成沙田碧濤花園2期成交，單位為怡景閣(C座) 中層C戶，實用面積1,119平方呎，屬3房(1套) 間隔，座向西北，望河景，單位放盤半年，原叫價$1,198萬，減$60萬，減幅5%，終獲買家以$1,138萬承接，實用面積呎價$10,170。

據了解，原業主於2010年8月購入上址，當時作價$805萬，持貨14年至今沽售，賬面獲利$333萬，單位期內升值41%。
