世紀21奇豐物業一城站分行高級分行經理李嘉文表示，該行新近促成沙田碧濤花園1期成交，單位為雅碧閣（1座）高層G室，實用面積646平方呎，3房（1套）間隔，座向南面望開揚遠景。單位原叫價$630萬，放盤4個月後減$5萬至$625萬沽出，實用面積呎價$9,675。

據了解，原業主於2011年7月以$395萬購入上址，持貨13年至今易手，賬面獲利$230萬，單位期內升值58%。
