世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近錄得沙田碧濤花園成交，單位為富臨閣( B座) 高層D室，實用面積760平方呎，屬3房連套房間隔，座向西北望城門河景，單位放盤9個月，原叫價$1,080萬，狠減$130萬，終獲買家以$950萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,500。

據了解，原業主於2012年10月購入上址，當時作價$705萬，持貨11年至今沽售，賬面獲利$245萬，單位期內升值35%。
