世紀21奇豐物業一城站分行高級分行經理李嘉文表示，該行新近錄得沙田濱景花園成交，單位為2座低層E室，實用面積555平方呎，3房連套房間隔，座向東南望園景，單位原叫價$700萬，放盤4個月，減$14萬至$686萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$12,360。

據了解，原業主於2022年6月以$770萬購入上址，持貨2年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$84萬，單位期內跌幅約11%。
